I have been in business, along with my husband, Ferris, for almost 2 decades and we are dedicated to the rural community we live in. We are a full-service Agency offering over 25 different companies so we can do the shopping for you. We have saved our customers literally $1,000’s in premium without sacrificing coverage. This means huge savings when it comes to all lines of insurance, both personal and business. Our 2 daughters Morgan Rae and Jordan Dee are learning the responsibility of quality customer service too. It’s a 24/7 commitment to be successful, not a 9 to 5 job. We are always looking for ways to save our customers money and/or better their coverage; we never stop working to earn new customers. Our standard office hours are Monday – Friday, 10am to 6pm with other hours by appointment. We find these hours are a good fit for our many customers that work daytime hours and need to see us in the evenings. In our office you meet with a licensed knowledgeable Insurance Agent, not a customer service representative.
