Hi, my name is Jifan Starkey and I graduated from Beijing Teachers College with a BA in Linguistics. I entered the insurance business in 2002 as a multi line agent, which means I can help you with all your insurance needs. I am currently taking classes to earn my Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation. I live in Novi with my husband, one dog and two turtles.
